Pricing & payment.
- Group walks from £18 · solo walks from £25 · day boarding from £30 · overnight boarding from £45.
- Boarding deposit — a £100 deposit is needed to secure a boarding booking. It's deducted from the final bill. If less than 7 days cancellation is given, this deposit is non-refundable.
- Day care, walks & pop-ins — less than 24 hours notice charged at 100%; less than 48 hours at 50%.
- Bank transfer — invoice sent by email, payable to Weare Happy Dogs Ltd. No card surcharges, no booking-platform fees.
- Regulars can pay weekly or monthly by standing order — just ask.
- New boarders — every overnight stay needs a 1-hour trial visit first, so the dog knows the home.
